Frustrated by its futility, we have left behind the church system and its ways to become "transformation pioneers" ... on a journey to find a more effective way of responding to God and relating to His people.

It is our conviction that God is calling His people out of the church system (a top-down, mechanistic human organisation approach to God) to enter into a new and living way (an organic, bottom-up response to God in Christ).

The church system is designed for efficiency but the body of Christ is designed for effectiveness. The difference between efficiency and  effectiveness is like the difference between a production line and an ant colony, or Noah's Ark and the Apollo spaceship.

Efficiency and effectiveness can appear to be the same but when related to purpose, they are usually world's apart.
